Hoodia Gel

Hoodia GelHoodia Gel illustrates a lot about what is wrong with the weight loss industry at the moment. A product comes along that is clinically proven to help you lose weight (Hoodia Gordonii) and all of a sudden, every man and his dog is jumping on the bandwagon claiming that their product is the best, cheapest, most effective, strongest even when no proof is given.

Hoodia Gel is one of these products. Not only do they have no proof that their Hoodia product helps in aiding weight loss, the manufacturers of one particular brand – Slender Max – have been forced to remove all claims that their product aids weight loss by the Advertising Standards Agency.

They have done what the ASA asked of them and deleted all mention of a clinical trial that they claimed had been performed, and yet testimonials still claim that the product has helped many people lose weight.

As I mentioned in the Hoodia Patch review, there is NO PROOF THAT HOODIA WORKS TRANSDERMALLY ie through the skin. So save your money for a Hoodia product that is proven to help suppress your appetite and lose weight. Don’t waste it on fad products that are riding on the back of a true weight loss discovery and producing low quality products that just don’t work.
